Cramps Be Gone
I just got back from the True Grit 50 MTB race: 4+ hours, technical, hot (85+), fast, early season race. I’ve raced it 7–8 times now and this year was my fastest time! (Not getting any younger) And guess what? Zero cramps!
How did I do it? ACQUA+
